A call to action
'Just a brief reminder that the leader of the dissident group Catholic Democrats of Ohio who circulated a memo to "back up Obama" and politicize the bishops' stand in the Notre Dame scandal is running for the Cincinnati school board this fall. Vote wisely.

Thanks for that alert.
We take some comfort that this wretched ObamaCath appears to be keeping her nose out of our Catholic Schools. That is offset by the knowledge that she is honing in on CPS as she finds the larger numbers of students present an opportunity to do more evil.
Readers should feel very comfortable voting for John Banner and Chris McDowell.

At least you have a choice. On the ballot for Rochester City Council, all five positions have essentially only one party represented.
I'm not (and never have been) registered with either political party and until recently, usually voted across party lines. But I like to have a choice and this year, there are several "races" that I'll pass on because there's no candidate I can support.
